Job summary

Stevens Transport in Dallas is seeking a Trailer Technician to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on trailers and ThermoKing refrigeration units. You will troubleshoot, inspect lights and wiring, and ensure DOT compliance while maintaining a clean shop and following safety standards.

The role offers opportunities to specialize in trailers, expand experience, and grow within a growing department. Requires 2+ years of trailer tech experience and a valid Class C license with English

Qualifications

• Basic Tools set for job functions.
• 2+ years of trailer technician experience.
• Ability to read and understand operating manuals, service manuals and written instruction.
• Valid Class C driver's license.
• Ability to clearly read, write and speak English.
• Basic math calculations.
• Preferred: Preventable Maintenance experience on ThermoKing units.

JOB SUMMARY: We are currently seeking a Trailer Technician who is responsible for completing preventative maintenance on our trailers and refrigeration units.
