Job summary

Timpte, Inc. in Aurora, NE is seeking a Trailer Technician to diagnose, repair and service trailers. Enjoy a flexible schedule with NO WEEKENDS and a four-day schedule option (4-10 hour days).

The role offers a starting pay of $24.00/hr plus quarterly bonuses up to $5,000 per year, with additional earnings of about $2.40/hr from bonuses. Responsibilities include replacing damaged panels and rails, performing alignments, brakes, and wheel seal work, and welding steel and aluminum.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk up to 100% of the shift.
• Able to bend, stoop, crawl around equipment and ladders.
• Carry objects up to 50 lbs; use two people for heavier items.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and service trailers of all brands in a safe and professional manner.
• Technicians replace or repair damaged panels, rails, and traps.
• Perform trailer alignments and adjustments, repair and replace brakes, cams and wheel seals.
• Welding steel and aluminum.

• Ability to carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. for a distance of 10-50 feet. Objects over 50lbs, use two people
