Job summary

Timpte Inc in Princeton, IL is seeking a Trailer Technician for our TIMPTE Customer Support Center. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends and a starting wage of $24.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a standing position and/or walk up to 100% of the time.
• Ability to bend, stoop, crawl around equipment, and crawl in and out of tubs and trailers and to work from ladders.
• Ability to carry objects weighting up to 50 lbs. for a distance of 10-50 feet.

Responsibilities

• Technicians replace or repair damaged panels, rails, and traps
• Perform trailer alignments and adjustments, repair and replace brakes, cams and wheel seals
• Welding some steel and aluminum

Quarterly Bonus Potential: Up to $5,000 per year but paid quarterly!

That equals about $2.40 per hour in additional earnings!
