Transdev in Hooker, OK seeks an experienced Trailer Technician to perform routine maintenance and repairs on Class 8 trailers and related vehicles. You will help maintain safety, reliability, and efficiency of our fleet in daily operations.

The role offers a pay range of $19.00–$23.00 per hour, with benefits including vacation, sick days, holidays, and health coverage. A valid CDL and 0–1 years of repair experience are preferred, with ASE certification encouraged.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED; vocational/technical vehicle repair cert preferred.
• Class B CDL with passenger endorsement preferred.
• ASE certification preferred (within 24 months of hire).
• 0–1 years of automotive or diesel repair experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Adhere to state DOT safety inspections.

Responsabilidades

• Perform routine maintenance and basic repairs on Class 8 trailers and related vehicles.
• Replace bulbs, fuses, lenses, wiper blades, belts, hoses, and fluids as needed.
• Maintain service records and ensure work orders are complete and accurate.
• Assist higher-level technicians with PMs and safety inspections.
• Assist in brake, suspension, drive train, and transmission repairs.
• Respond to road calls and provide emergency services when required.
• Adhere to Transdev policies and maintain vehicle safety standards.
• Keep vehicles clean and ready for next assignment.

Conocimientos

Basic mechanical aptitude

0–1 years automotive/diesel repair

Valid driver’s license

Educación

High school diploma or GED
