Job summary

FleetPride is seeking a Trailer Technician to repair trailers and perform chassis repairs, including brake jobs, welding, torch work and part replacement. Some minor container repairs and door latches are included.

The role requires working inside and outside in various environments with safety being a priority. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or vocational training and welding experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Vocational certificate or related work experience preferred.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses, repairs, builds and rebuilds all parts of trailer equipment.
• Performs maintenance, troubleshoots and inspects equipment.
• Test equipment for proper operations.
• Brake jobs and suspension work.
• Handle other duties as assigned.
