Job summary

Southeastern Freight Lines is seeking a Trailer Mechanic/Technician B to inspect, repair, and maintain trailers and related equipment across our fleet. You will track work to meet service schedules and troubleshoot failures in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic systems.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and a valid driver's license, with background and drug testing. Welding, fabrication, and construction experience are preferred.

• Ability to pass background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, repair, and maintain trailers and related equipment.
• Track completed and uncompleted work to meet service schedules.
• Troubleshoot and analyze failures in trailer components and systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or other breakdowns.
• Perform routine maintenance including lubrication, cooling system tests, brake adjustments, and tire inflation.
