Blaine Brothers is seeking an experienced Trailer Technician in Minnesota to repair and maintain semi-trailers, including brakes, suspension, electrical and hydraulic systems. The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and strong teamwork on a 2nd shift schedule from 3pm to midnight.

Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with welding experience a plus, willing to learn, and able to lift heavy loads while delivering high-quality service and customer satisfaction in a family-owned environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and trailer mechanic experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work safely in a shop.
• Reliable, honest, and able to work independently with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Inspect trailers to ensure DOT safety compliance.
• Perform repairs, maintenance, brake, suspension, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic work.
• Document inspections and track parts used in repairs.
• Ensure final work meets quality standards and maintain a clean workspace.
