Job summary
Blaine Brothers is seeking an experienced trailer technician for our Minnesota-based trailer shop. The 2nd shift runs Monday–Friday, 3pm–12am. The role focuses on repair, maintenance, and upgrades of semi-trailers across various sizes and types.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as a trailer technician or mechanic
- Ability to lift 50-100 lbs occasionally
- Welding experience a plus
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and safely
Responsibilities
- Determine vehicle condition by conducting inspections and diagnostic tests.
- Repair and maintenance of semi-trailers, brakes, suspension, electrical and pneumatic/hydraulic components, and body repairs.
- Inspect trailers to ensure compliance with USDOT safety requirements.
- Compile inspection reports detailing findings.
- Provide after-sale services and component installation.
- Track parts and materials used in repairs or replacements.
- Ensure final work meets quality standards and maintain a clean, safe work area.
