Schneider in Shrewsbury, MA is seeking a Trailer Technician to perform routine maintenance, inspections, rebuilds, and component replacements on company trailers. Work hours are first shift, 5:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m., Wednesday through Friday and every other weekend.

You will use maintenance software to create and track work orders, communicate status updates to internal customers, and ensure safety and reliability of trailers through preventive maintenance and timely repairs.

Formación

• Technical degree or 1 year trailer technician experience.
• Basic welding skills preferred.
• Computer systems and diagnostic software experience.
• Able to provide maintenance and repair recommendations.
• Able to provide own tools within 30 days of hire.

• Non-exempt U.S. shop associates working weekend hours, receive a $0.65 per hour differential for hours worked. (Weekend hours worked between 9pm Friday – 5am Monday).
