Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Trailer Technician in Shrewsbury, MA to perform routine maintenance, inspections and repairs on company trailers. You will manage preventive maintenance, work orders, and liaise with internal customers to report status.

The role requires a technical degree or 1 year of trailer technician experience, with welding skills preferred and the ability to supply your own tools within 30 days. Competitive hourly pay and weekends differential apply.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in welding, electronics, or related systems, or a minimum of 1 year of trailer technician experience.
• Basic welding skills preferred.
• Computer systems and diagnostic software experience.
• Able to provide recommendations regarding maintenance and repair decisions.
• Able to provide own tools within 30 days of hire.

Schedule: Full time; Wednesday-Friday and every other weekend, 5:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m.
