Job summary

Schneider National in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Trailer Technician to perform routine maintenance, inspections, rebuilds and component replacements on company trailers. You will work on company trailers and use maintenance software to track work orders.

Responsibilities include performing routine repairs, preventive maintenance, tire changes and electrical work, plus communicating status updates with internal customers.

Qualifications

• Technical degree in welding, electronics, or related systems or at least 1 year of trailer technician experience.
• Basic welding skills preferred.
• Familiarity with computer systems and diagnostic software.
• Able to recommend maintenance and repair decisions.
• Must provide own tools within 30 days of hire.
