Job summary

Transport Refrigeration, Inc. in Appleton, WI is seeking a Trailer Technician / Diesel Mechanic (all levels) to support our fleet maintenance shop. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with no weekend work.

You will inspect, diagnose, and repair trailers and refrigeration units and perform PMs as part of a skilled team. We welcome entry-level candidates with mechanical aptitude or tech school training and offer paid training, steady hours, and clear advancement opportunities within a

Qualifications

• Experience as Trailer Technician/Diesel Mechanic preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Toolbox and the required tools expected.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair trailers.
• Perform brake, lighting, and electrical repairs.
• Complete preventative maintenance (PMs).
• Repair doors, floors, and trailer components.
• Assist with welding and structural repairs as needed.
• Maintain accurate service documentation.
