Job summary

Transport Refrigeration Services is hiring an entry-level Diesel & Trailer Technician to join our service team in Monroe, GA. The role covers preventative maintenance, DOT/FHWA inspections, tire/brake/suspension work, electrical troubleshooting, welding, and occasional road calls.

A valid driver’s license and a toolbox with basic tools are required; travel may be occasional for training or customer needs. We offer flexible schedules, shift differentials, and a generous benefits package.

• Hands-on mechanical aptitude with problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on trailers and reefer units.
• Handle DOT/FHWA inspections and meet service times.
• Repair/replace tires, brakes, suspension; electrical and ABS troubleshooting.
• Weld and fabricate using steel and aluminum; conduct road service calls.
