Central Transport LLC is seeking skilled mechanics to maintain a large fleet across the United States and Canada. The role focuses on preventive maintenance, timely trailer repairs, and component inspections to ensure safe operation.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in trailer or fleet maintenance.
• Basic set of tools for preventive maintenance and repairs.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform all levels of preventive maintenance on tractors, trailers, and related equipment.
• Repair trailers and associated components promptly and safely.
• Inspect brakes, steering, wheel bearings, and other critical parts for proper operation.

Responsibilities Include:

• Perform all levels of preventive maintenance services


• Repair trailers and related equipment in a timely and efficient manner


• Inspect brake systems, steering mechanisms, wheel bearings and other important parts to ensure that they are in proper working condition


• Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil, checking batteries and lubricating equipment and machinery


• Responsible for repairing damage to containers, trailers, and chassis.


• Repairing tears on the sides of containers


• Replacing lights


• Tire repair


• Landing gear repair


• Frame repair

Job Requirements:
