Job summary

Stevens Transport is seeking a Trailer Shop Supervisor for Paragon Fleet Maintenance Group in Dallas, TX. You will lead technicians, oversee shop operations, and coordinate repairs while ensuring safety and DOT compliance.

Experience with Thermo King reefer units and trailer body repair is a plus. Candidate must have 3+ years of management experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency with maintenance software and transportation tools.

Qualifications

3+ years of management and leadership experience in a similar environment.
Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Outlook).
Experience with Transportation Management Tools.
Diagnostic software experience is required.
Valid Class C driver's license; ability to pass drug test and non-DOT physical.

Responsibilities

Oversees Technicians and shop operations to ensure fleet is running safely and on schedule.
Occasionally performing mechanical work
Maintaining a safe and orderly shop environment
Overseeing and plans internally generated repair orders
Coordinating with other shops regarding repairs
Manages parts inventory
Communicating with management on daily shop status regarding repairs
Maintain a Safety and DOT compliance environment
Other duties as assigned
