Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.
• CDL A or B beneficial; ability to obtain as needed.
• Experience with heavy-duty truck/trailer maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and work orders.
• Strong safety mindset and teamwork orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs, maintenance and care for customer equipment to high quality standards.
• Obtain and maintain Class A certification; participate in hands-on training.
• Disassemble/reassemble components; document work and test repairs.
• Identify parts needed and ensure timely completion of service orders.
• Promote safe work environment and open communication with team.
