Job summary

Amera Trail, Inc. seeks a motivated Trailer Sales Specialist to drive sales of new and used trailers. You will engage customers face-to-face, by phone, email, and social media, turning inquiries into sales with a friendly, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities include qualifying leads, demoing trailers, coordinating with parts and service teams, and staying informed on new products to expand market reach. A high school diploma and CRM experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Experience with CRM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Completes calls on prospective customers and assigned accounts.
• Identifies and profiles prospective customers; develops strategies to obtain trailer sales.
• Maintains contact with customers and tracks market trends.
• Creates reports on activities and outcomes.
• Greet customers on the lot, demo trailers, and finalize sales.
