Interstate Utility Trailer is looking for a Counter Parts Person to join our Cleveland parts team. You will greet customers, take trailer part orders, and locate the right parts using catalogs while ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Experience with truck or trailer parts.
• Customer service oriented with an outgoing personality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data entry skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously at the counter and on the phone.
• Take customer trailer part orders and enter them into our parts inventory system.
• Identify the right parts using online resources and parts catalogs.
• Suggest additional parts and accessories to meet customer needs.
• Pull in-stock items from inventory and complete all required paperwork before releasing parts.
• Make sure all parts are picked up or delivered on time.
• Check in received parts, match packing lists to orders, and put parts away in the proper bins.
• Stock and restock the parts warehouse, and return unsold merchandise to stock.
• Keep the inventory control system accurate and provide updated information for stock orders.
• Conduct periodic cycle counts to reconcile in-stock inventory.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
