RSS Mobile Trailer Repair in Toledo, OH is looking for a Trailer Mechanic Trainee to learn and perform repairs on semi-trailers. You will work outdoors, gain hands-on experience, and grow within the company. Prior wrenching experience is helpful but not required as training is provided.

Starting pay is $18–$22 per hour, with pay determined by experience and skill level. Benefits include full-time, a company truck and tools, and a path to advancement within RSS.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working outside and with hands.
• No professional experience required, wrenching experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn a trade and grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Assist with repairs and maintenance on semi-trailers.
• Work with DOT safety standards to keep trailers compliant.
• Perform tasks like brakes, tires/wheel service, electrical work and fabrication under supervision.
