Qualifications

• 3+ years of trailer, diesel, fleet, or heavy equipment repair experience.
• Hands-on preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must pass a pre-employment background check.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair commercial trailers and related components.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
• Repair brake, air, lighting, landing gear, and trailer door systems.
• Complete chassis and light truck repairs as needed.
• Perform major trailer body repairs including panel and rail replacement and welding.
• Maintain accurate repair documentation and follow safety procedures and shop standards.
