Job summary

Qualifications
- 3+ years of trailer, diesel, fleet, or heavy equipment repair experience.
- Hands-on preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must pass a pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
- Inspect, diagnose, service, and repair commercial trailers and related components.
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Repair brake, air, lighting, landing gear, and trailer door systems.
- Complete chassis and light truck repairs as needed.
- Perform major trailer body repairs including panel and rail replacement and welding.
- Maintain accurate repair documentation and follow safety procedures and shop standards.
