Swift Transportation in Columbus, OH is seeking a Trailer Mechanic to help keep one of the nation's largest fleets on the road. You will perform preventative maintenance on tractors, trailers, and refrigeration units, diagnose issues, and ensure DOT compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Trailer Mechanic, you'll help keep our fleet safe, reliable, and on the road.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Performing preventative maintenance on tractors, trailers, refrigerated units, and support equipment
• Diagnosing mechanical issues and completing repairs
• Troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
• Repairing and replacing truck and trailer components
• Conducting inspections and ensuring DOT compliance
• Performing tire repair, maintenance, and failure analysis
