Job summary

Industrial Pallet Corp. (IPC) is seeking a Trailer Maintenance Technician/CDL Driver to keep our fleet safe and on the road. The role is based in our trailer shop with occasional driving to support operations.

You’ll perform preventive and corrective maintenance on semi-trailers, diagnose components, support DOT inspections, and maintain a clean, safe shop. CDL-A license preferred or training provided. We value reliability, teamwork, and safety for all staff and equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience with semi-trailer maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Performing routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance on semi-trailers
• Diagnosing and repairing trailer components, including brakes, lights, suspension, tires, and other DOT-related items
• Supporting DOT inspections and ensuring compliance standards are met
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized shop environment
• Operating a semi-truck on an as-needed basis to cover routes during vacations, call-offs, or other staffing needs
• Communicating clearly with operations and maintenance teams to keep equipment moving and downtime minimized

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trailer Maintenance Technician , you’ll play a critical role in keeping our fleet safe, compliant, and on the road. This role is primarily based in our trailer shop, with driving responsibilities as needed to support operations.
