Job summary

US3063 Sygma Pennsylvania (The Sygma Network, Inc) seeks a Transportation/Warehouse assistant to prepare equipment for loading, unloading and dispatching in line with company standards. The role involves coordinating with loaders, moving trucks and trailers, ensuring loads are secured and refrigeration units function properly, while upholding food safety and sanitation requirements across the operation.

Starting pay is $25.63 per hour, with increases at 6 months and 1 year, and flexible shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 1 year tractor-trailer experience preferred.
• Class A CDL license required.
• Read, write and communicate in English; basic math.
• Ability to train others in lift gates and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Move trucks and trailers according to door assignments to complete loading.
• Ensure trailer/truck is loaded and secured; refrigeration unit operational.
• Maintain food safety and sanitary conditions in trailer and yard.
• Inspect and inventory loading equipment; manage tools.
• Handle returned merchandise and logs; report damage.
• Communicate equipment issues to management; maintain safety during shift.
• Work overtime as needed; maintain regular attendance.
