Job summary

Westmor Industries is seeking skilled assemblers to join our team. We install and integrate pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems on trucks with precision and attention to detail.

Day shift with a starting pay of 20–25 USD per hour, plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K with company match, weekly pay, and bonuses. Join us for a safe, team‑oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Mechanical background or experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Ability to read 1/8” gradations on tape measure.
• Repair shop experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and integrate pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including airline systems, with a high level of accuracy.
• Complete detailed assembly routines on trucks following the painting process, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Mount and secure prefabricated parts and assemblies onto trucks with precision and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide the assembly process and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Proficiently use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete complex assembly tasks safely.

Job Description

• System Installation:Install and integrate pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including airline systems, with a high level of accuracy.
• Perform Post-Paint Assembly:Complete detailed assembly routines on trucks following the painting process, ensuring quality standards are met.
• Install Prefabricated Components:Mount and secure prefabricated parts and assemblies onto trucks with precision and efficiency.
• Read and Interpret Technical Documents:Utilize blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to guide the assembly process and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Operate Tools and Equipment:Proficiently use a variety of hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to complete complex assembly tasks safely and effectively.

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $20-$25 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Day Shift

• Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
