Job summary
aFit Staffing seeks a Senior Salesforce Platform Owner & Developer in Indianapolis to lead the administration, development, and strategic direction of a mature Salesforce environment. You will own platform governance, design scalable solutions, and deliver hands-on development using Apex, LWC, and Flow.
You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to drive modernization, integrations, and best practices while supporting CI/CD and release management within a contract-to-hire
Qualifications
- Must have Salesforce Administration experience.
- Advanced Salesforce development skills (Apex, LWC, Flow).
- Experience owning/managing a Salesforce environment.
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience required.
- REST API and enterprise integration experience required.
- MuleSoft integration experience is highly desired.
- Agentforce and Einstein AI experience is highly desired.
- Salesforce Data Cloud experience is highly desired.
- CI/CD and release management experience is highly desired.
- Salesforce Platform Developer and Advanced Administrator certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own Salesforce platform governance, security, and best practices.
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions (Apex, LWC, Flow).
- Build integrations with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
- Drive modernization, adoption, and performance improvements.
- Support CI/CD processes and release management.
