Job summary

Boundless Life is seeking an senior education leader to drive the Trailblazers program across multiple destinations. You will design end-to-end curricula rooted in Boundless 8 competencies, shape assessment methods for academic and social-emotional progress, and ensure consistent delivery with accreditation considerations.

The role involves leading online academics, selecting edtech, and coordinating across Education, Real Estate, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Program Design: Own end-to-end design and implementation of the Trailblazers curriculum and all associated resources, built from the Boundless 8 competencies outwards.
• Assessment & Learner Progress: Design the assessment approach for Trailblazers, covering both academic progress and social-emotional growth.
• Quality & Consistency at Scale: Set a clear, shared standard of what excellent Trailblazers delivery looks like.
• Online Academics & Educational Technology: Select, evaluate, and manage online education providers; lead the rollout of edtech across sites.
• Implementation Across Destinations: Support ECDs and the Head of Education Excellence in implementing Trailblazers across destinations; travel regularly to sites.
