At the full performance level (GS-12) the role focuses on policy formulation, long-range planning, annual work plans, interpretive planning, and partnerships with federal, state, and local agencies, volunteers, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the program manager for the Overmountain Victory National Historic Trail (OVVI).
• Responsible for implementation of the comprehensive management plan and administration of the trail.
• Develops and manages cooperative and interagency agreements and partnerships.
• Provides technical partnership and outreach support to park units and trail partners.
