City of Roswell, Georgia, seeks a supervisory crew leader to oversee maintenance, upkeep, installation, and construction of streets, parks, rights-of-way, and facilities. This hands-on role leads a crew to complete projects safely and on schedule.

The position is full-time and non-exempt, with a pay range of $25.54 to $33.18 per hour. CDL endorsement and municipal infrastructure experience are preferred for this role.

Qualificações

• Requires a HS diploma or equivalent plus 5 years in construction and maintenance.
• Valid Georgia CDL with MVR and endorsements.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage workloads.
• Knowledge of city policies and safety practices.

• Supervise, direct, and evaluate staff; manage performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Coordinate and supervise projects; assign crews and gear.
