Job summary

Seabrook Land Company in Seabrook, WA is seeking Trail Crew Members to build new trails and maintain bicycle trail systems across private and public lands. This role requires outdoor physical labor, safe operation of hand tools and powered equipment, and a passion for outdoor recreation.

Ideal candidates have mountain biking experience, strong communication, and a willingness to grow within skilled trades. Full-time, non-exempt with a competitive hourly pay range and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred experience in trail construction, land maintenance, landscaping, or physical trades.
• Experience with heavy machinery (not required).
• Mountain biking experience and knowledge of bike trail design/flow.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain trails on private and public lands per design and safety specs.
• Prepare sites with clearing, drainage, excavation, and hauling.
• Safely operate hand tools and power equipment (chainsaws, mini excavators, track loaders).
• Uphold safety standards and PPE usage.
• Communicate clearly with crew leaders and teammates to meet goals.
