Job summary

• Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work and Ohio LSW license.
• Experience working with trafficking victims preferred; other traumatic crimes required.
• Lived experience encouraged to apply.
• Must maintain driving privileges and access to a personal vehicle with insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide rotating 24 hour emergency response and long-term case management.
• Assess immediate needs and coordinate with law enforcement, Child Advocacy Center, and other agencies.
• Arrange safe housing, medical and mental health care, and legal assistance.
• Develop safety and service plans with victims and provide shelter/home-based case management.
• Maintain accurate case notes and timely reports.
• Attend community meetings and participate in program activities as needed.
