Job summary

Player 15 Group, the sports and entertainment company behind the Phoenix Suns, seeks a Traffic Support Attendant to assist guests with parking operations at the Mortgage Matchup Center, Jefferson Street, and Chase Field Garages. The role centers on guest service, traffic flow, and parking guidance before, during, and after events.

You will support setup and breakdown of barricades, maintain cleanliness, and work with the team to resolve parking issues.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
• Bilingual skills preferred but not required
• Work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Stand for extended periods
• Walk long distances and climb stairs
• Frequently bend, move equipment, and lift up to 30 pounds
• Ability to work the entire duration of events

Responsibilities

• Assist guests entering parking facilities and direct them to available parking
• Provide customer service and answer parking-related questions
• Maintain cleanliness and order throughout assigned parking areas
• Remove trash and perform minor maintenance tasks as needed

• Follow safety procedures and facility policies
• Work with team members to resolve parking and traffic-related issues
• Support pre-event, event, and post-event operations
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance

We are seeking a Traffic Support Attendant responsible for assisting guests with parking operations at the Mortgage Matchup Center Garage, Jefferson Street Garage, and Chase Field Garage. The role focused on guest service, traffic flow, parking guidance, event support, and facility upkeep before, during, and after events.

Your Role on the Team
