Job summary

Candidates should have a high school diploma with five years of traffic signal operations experience, valid Class B CDL, NM Journeyman Electrician License, and IMSA

Responsibilities

• Lead worker, inspect completed work and work in progress for standards and safety.
• Liaise with supervisor; provide technical support and maintain records to meet goals and deadlines.
• Ensure traffic controls and safety procedures are followed; monitor telemetry in intersection zones.
• Support professional staff with traffic system designs; interpret plans and diagrams for construction/repair.
• Troubleshoot traffic signal malfunctions; program school flashers and coordinate with railroad officials.
