Job summary

WCAX is seeking a Sales/Traffic Assistant in South Burlington, VT to provide clerical support for traffic needs and local sales staff. You will assist the Traffic Manager with copy assignments, order entry, and support Multimedia Sales Managers in the sales process.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite; the schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, full-time.

Qualifications

• Basic front desk responsibilities to greet guests when necessary.
