Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to set up traffic devices, guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintain safety outdoors in all weather conditions.

No prior experience needed; comprehensive training and safety equipment are provided. Must have a valid driver’s license, be able to stand/walk, lift 40–50 pounds, and work nights/weekends. Opportunities for advancement exist within the team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Able to work in traffic environments.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights and weekends.
• Must pass pre-hire screening and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Set up traffic control devices (cones, signs, barricades).
• Guide traffic using stop/slow paddles and communicate with crew and supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe outdoor work environment.
