You will set up and take down cones, signs, and barricades, use stop/slow paddles, and monitor site activity while following safety rules. The role involves outdoor work year-round in all weather, with potential nights, weekends, or emergency shifts.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to stand, walk, and lift.
• Flexibility and commitment to safety.
• Pre-employment screening including a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Set up and take down cones, signs, and barricades.
• Use stop/slow paddles to direct traffic.
• Monitor site activity and ensure safety protocols.
