Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Safety Protector to support multiple job sites. No prior experience or degree is required, as comprehensive training will be provided to ensure adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities include setting up traffic control equipment, directing traffic with stop/slow paddles, and maintaining safety standards while communicating with teammates and supervisors. Positions involve outdoor work in all weather conditions with potential long hours.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and ability to perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift 40-50 pounds, and work in traffic and varying weather conditions.
• Flexibility and punctuality for shifts and site requirements.
• Ability to pass a pre-hire drug screening.
• Respectful behavior towards coworkers, clients, and the public.

Responsibilities

• Set up cones, signs, barricades, and remove traffic control equipment.
• Direct traffic with stop/slow paddles and monitor site activity.
• Maintain safety standards and communicate with team members and supervisors.
• Keep vehicles and equipment clean and ensure a safe work environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions, potentially long hours standing or walking.
