Job summary

Coastal Elite Pro is seeking a Traffic Control Protector to set up and dismantle traffic control devices at job sites. No experience or degree required; comprehensive training and certification provided.

You will guide traffic with stop/slow paddles, monitor site activity, and ensure safety protocols are followed while communicating with crew and supervisors. The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds, and staying alert around traffic.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40–50 pounds.
• Must be alert and respectful toward coworkers and the public.
• Drug screening required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and dismantle cones, signs, and barricades at job sites.
• Guide traffic using stop/slow paddles and monitor site activity.
• Maintain vehicles and equipment in a clean, safe condition.
• Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and during nights, weekends, or emergencies if needed.
