Job summary

HNTB is seeking an experienced Traffic Engineering leader to deliver safety analyses and related assignments for Carolinas clients. You will lead, mentor, and review work while managing scope, schedule, and budgets on NCDOT safety projects and other corridor studies.

The role requires strong technical discipline, client relationship skills, and the ability to drive projects from scoping to completion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 8 years of relevant experience.
• 2 years task management or Deputy PM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop the project scope and fee quotation and assist in technical proposals and contracts per HNTB's SCA.
• Serve as the primary client liaison and manage the project team to deliver scope, schedule, and budget to completion and client satisfaction.
