Job summary
STV, Inc. is seeking a Senior Traffic Engineering Design Manager in Texas to lead complex transportation projects, guide PS&E delivery, and drive growth in the TX district.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 16+ years of progressive traffic engineering experience.
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Strong background in ITS, traffic signal design, roadway illumination, traffic operations, and PS&E development.
Responsibilities
- Lead traffic engineering and related projects from planning through PS&E.
- Serve as Design Manager, Project Manager, or Technical Lead on major transportation assignments.
- Build trusted relationships with TxDOT districts, municipalities, transit agencies, and other clients.
- Support growth by identifying opportunities, shaping pursuit strategies, and participating in interviews.
- Mentor staff, recruit, and plan resources to grow the local traffic engineering practice.
