Job summary

Ferrovial Agroman SA seeks a Traffic and Revenue Engineer to analyze traffic data and forecast traffic and revenue for Dallas concessions. The role involves developing models to assess design changes and producing short- and long-term forecasts for toll assets in the Dallas area.

The candidate will prepare monthly reports, update budgets, calibrate toll rates, and contribute to research projects within a fast-paced environment. Strong quantitative and reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Transportation) or related fields; master’s preferred.
  • 0-2+ years in business analytics, traffic analysis, or related field.
  • Engineering consultancy experience preferred but not required.
  • EIT certification preferred; PE license a plus.
  • Strong quantitative skills and problem solving.
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication for technical reports.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze traffic and socioeconomic data of concession companies and area of influence.
  • Prepare monthly reports and summaries for traffic, revenue, and economic studies; deliver to TxDOT and Independent Engineer.
  • Prepare memos on trends and travel patterns; present to department manager or senior management.
  • Develop and use spreadsheet models and simulation models to analyze impacts of design changes.
  • Develop and update annual budget models for Dallas assets; present findings.
  • Calibrate and operate Toll Setting Module (TSM) software to establish toll rates.
  • Lead or contribute to research projects; participate in meetings and oversee deliverables.
  • All other duties as assigned.
