Job summary

Gerelco Family of Companies in Florida is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, execute, and close out designated projects within time and budget constraints. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage job costs, and ensure safety and compliance on site.

Daily responsibilities include reviewing project plans, preparing schedules and cost breakdowns, conducting site meetings, handling change orders, and coordinating with administration, safety, and field personnel.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of field experience.
• 5 years progressive traffic project management experience.
• Ability to communicate with diverse teams.
• Proficient in Word and Excel for schedules and documents.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Review project proposals or plans to determine requirements, staffing needs, and materials.
• Provide job cost breakdowns and schedule of values to Accounting.
• Attend Pre-Construction Meetings and relay changes to the appropriate person.
• Coordinate with Contract Administrator, Project Coordinator and Safety Director to ensure contracts, permits, insurances, SDS, and safety requirements are in place.
• Direct and coordinate project personnel to stay on schedule and on budget.
• Conduct regular job site meetings to inform team members about project status and company needs.
• Prepare RFIs and process change orders.
• Close out projects with invoicing, paperwork, and removal of tools/equipment.
