You will build client relationships, manage scope, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, a PE license, and 8+ years of related experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• 8+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of traffic engineering and transportation projects from planning through to completion.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with public agencies, municipalities, and key project stakeholders.
• Mentor, recruit, and grow a high-performing traffic engineering team, supporting career development and technical excellence.
• Provide technical guidance and oversee the preparation of traffic studies, design documents, and engineering deliverables.
