Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with transportation/traffic emphasis.
• PE license in Minnesota or reciprocity within six months.
• Minimum 5 years of traffic engineering experience with project management.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead traffic engineering and transportation projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Maintain day-to-day client contact with MnDOT, counties, and municipalities.
• Mentor less-experienced staff and contribute to proposals.
• Collaborate across disciplines and office locations.
