Job summary

Bemis Manufacturing Company in Sheboygan Falls, WI seeks a part-time courier to manage mail and package pickups and deliveries between plant locations. You will maintain a reliable daily loop schedule to keep production uninterrupted, including vendor pickups in the county and routine stops at the post office and bank.

The role requires a valid Wisconsin driver's license, a good driving record, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. 8–15 hours per week, on-site work with PPE as needed.

Position Summary:

• Responsible for all pick-up and delivery requirements of mail, parcels, and documents within the company between various Sheboygan Falls plant locations.


• Maintain a consistent and reliable pick up & delivery schedule (up to 2 loops) daily allowing internal and external customers to perform their production without interruption (one loop can contain 26 stops).


• Vendor pick-up and delivery located in Sheboygan County.


• Daily pick-up and delivery at the post office & bank.

Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or its equivalent.


• Flexibility in work schedule.


• Work with minimum supervision and be prompt for pickups and deliveries.


• Hold valid Wisconsin driver’s license and good driving record.


• Physical ability to lift bulky parcels up to 35 pounds in/out vehicle & in/out of buildings.


• High School diploma or its equivalent.

WorkEnvironment & Physical Demands:

• 8 - 15 hours per week.


• Indoor, office and plant manufacturing work environment.


• Plant manufacturing may experience warm temperatures.


• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.


• Minimal lifting, up to 35 lbs. Bending, reaching, standing, walking.


• Plant work environment requires PPE of safety toe shoes, protective eye wear, and hearing protection.


• Other plant manufacturing tasks may require additional PPE.
