• Associates will be required to attend trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Implement the business plan for area of responsibility by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
• Monitor and analyze productivity and prepare business reports.
• Maintain quality and safety standards and ensure associates are trained on policies and procedures.
• Develop and supervise associates and leaders, assign duties, and provide feedback.
