2 years Walmart Logistics experience.
2 years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

Communicate with or to individuals or groups verbally and/or in writing (customers, suppliers, associates).
Implement the business plan for area by communicating goals and managing staffing and scheduling.
Monitor and analyze productivity via business reports.
Maintain quality and safety standards by training associates on policies and procedures.
Identify concerns and determine corrective actions with stakeholders.
Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
