Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
• 1 year Walmart Logistics experience OR 1 year transportation experience.
• Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and associates.
• Set goals, manage staffing, scheduling, and workloads to meet production, quality, and safety targets.
• Prepare, review, and analyze business reports to manage productivity.
• Ensure associates are trained in logistics and company policies; monitor compliance and maintain documentation.
• Address concerns from associates, customers, and suppliers and make recommendations.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders; participate in hiring, coaching, and evaluation.
• Coordinate with service shops and local offices to ensure equipment availability for maintenance.
