Qualifications

• Attends and completes all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).

• Supervise and develop associates and leaders by assigning duties and coordinating workloads.
• Monitor productivity and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate staff; promote a culture of belonging and high performance.
