Sight & Sound is seeking a friendly Traffic Greeter to welcome guests and prepare the parking area for show operations. You will provide polite greetings, guide guests in various weather conditions, and help ensure a safe and smooth arrival experience.

This on-site role requires strong communication, a positive attitude, and the ability to stay flexible with a show-driven schedule. The position is part-time and seasonally focused, with active engagement in a fast-paced environment.

The Traffic Greeter is responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience that creates an atmosphere of rest and wonder, preparing hearts for the gospel message. They provide genuine and timely service, park cars, coaches, and other vehicles efficiently, listen actively, and anticipate needs. They provide an exceptional employee experience characterized by a culture of trust and collaboration.

The physical demands of this position are active in nature. You will be on your feet most of the day, walking and running regularly, outdoors and indoors, outdoors during extreme weather and temperature, consistently communicating with team members on a headset, and physically assisting Guests. While indoors you will be expected to use stairs regularly. This position is expected to frequently operate golf carts as well as lift/exert up to 25 lbs. of force.

A valid driver's license may be required in order to operate motorized passenger vehicles. This position may require the frequent use of handheld digital devices.
